Core Competent S. de R.L. de C.V. (hereinafter the "Company"), with address at Blvd. Antonio Rocha Cordero #155, San Luis Potosí, SLP, Mexico, CP 78380, is aware of the importance of the legitimate, controlled and informed treatment of the personal data of candidates and applicants who provide their data to the Company.
The Company maintains a database regarding the persons who interact with it and that in any way were made available to it by the owners of the information themselves. In this act, the Company makes this Privacy Notice available to you so that you know how it obtains, uses, discloses and stores your personal data.
The processing of the owner's personal data, unless the owner disposes otherwise through the means described in this Privacy Notice, has as its primary purpose the analysis of your skills, aptitudes and work experience to carry out a selection and placement process of the candidate in a vacancy within the labor market.
Purposes: Your personal data may have, among others, the following necessary purposes:
- Inform you about new products and services, as well as benefits, market studies, and in general all advertising derived from the services and products offered by the company, particularly in the field of Personnel Selection and Placement in the labor market.
- Analysis of the use of our products and services.
- Forward your data to clients at our sole discretion, authorizing the display of promotional fragments of your data on the corecompetent.mx website or other sites of the Core Competent group, to facilitate the promotion and hiring process on your behalf.
- Evaluate your experience, knowledge, health status, physical condition, aptitudes and skills and identify profiles with which you are compatible; schedule interviews with the Company or the Company's clients; perform a reference check; to survey positions in the labor market and determine the optimal position for it; for the elaboration of all types of reports; to conduct internal research, form and determine the work divisions we have.
- Determine work positions; talent management, databases; sending communications to clients; promotion, offers, selection and placement with the Company's clients.
- Preparation and maintenance of the directory; account administration; email lists; sending internal communications; to be displayed in case of national and international judgment or in any requirement of authority or administrative procedure or of any other nature followed before a competent authority, whether national or international.
- In general, for the fulfillment of legal obligations and the legal defense of the interests and rights of the Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries and any natural or legal person with whom it has, has had or comes to have commercial relations.
- Personal data may be used for any purpose related to the initiation, administration and termination of your business relationship with the company.
- They may also be used for non-necessary or secondary purposes such as communications (including emails) relating to the Company; preparing and maintaining a database for future employment opportunities with the Company or the Company's clients.

The Company can obtain your information through different sources, including:
- Personal: when you request or acquire any of the services or products offered by the company or its related companies.
- Direct: when you provide us with your personal data to request our services and/or products either through our website, expos, email, in writing or by telephone.
- Indirect: From any other commercially available information source or as permitted by law.
The information we collect from you may be combined to assist us in offering, providing and/or improving our services.
Personal Data collected: The data we obtain by this means may be, among others: full name, date of birth, marital status, address, country, citizenship and nationality, work visas and/or permits to work abroad, telephone numbers, cell phone numbers, email, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC) key, Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), Social Security number (IMSS), curriculum vitae, occupation, work references, personal references, documents proving academic preparation and degree of studies, results of information verification studies, images or fingerprints, photo identification, weight, height, particular signs, information about relatives, data on economic dependents such as date of birth, contact details.
In addition, sensitive data may be collected that requires special protection such as results of psychometric evaluations and tests; results of medical examinations, including audiometry tests, blood tests, X-rays, and vision tests; medical, family, criminal, work history; financial and patrimonial data such as salaries, labor benefits and expenses, contributions to the savings fund, employer-employee quotas; data relating to the payment of settlements and severance pay; bank accounts, beneficiaries, results of socioeconomic studies; health data; information on whether you are a smoker and information on membership or affiliation with a union.
Communications that can be made with your personal data: The Company may communicate to third parties, national or foreign, your personal, sensitive and/or financial data in order to fulfill the purposes described, mainly placement with its clients in a job offer, as well as in the event that there is a sale or total or partial transfer of our business or assets, the national or international transfer of personal data may be necessary. The third parties to whom the Company may communicate your personal data are, for example: its clients, other affiliated or subsidiary companies that act under the same policies and procedures as the Company, external professional advisors who act in the name and on behalf of the Company, companies that require the provision of services in accordance with the purposes of the Company, potential buyers of the Company's business or assets, insurance companies with which insurance is contracted, foreign companies with which the Company has, has had or comes to have business relations, foreign authorities that so require to the Company or to the companies with which the Company maintains some type of commercial relationship, to be exhibited as evidence in a trial in Mexico or in any country abroad.
The Company undertakes to transfer only that information that is absolutely and strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes of this privacy notice.
The Company will ensure that such information is safeguarded according to the principles of protection of personal data recognized by the Law and that, if applicable, the receiver of the data assumes the same obligations as the Company.
Safeguarding your personal data: THE COMPANY has adopted the necessary security, administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or treatment.
ARCO Rights: You, as the owner of personal data, may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition ("ARCO" rights) established in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data held by Private Parties. We reserve the right to make modifications or updates to this privacy notice at any time to comply with changes to the law or new requirements for the provision or offer of our services or products.
